Today’s workplace is fraught with conflict as we bring together individuals from varying professional, family and cultural backgrounds, as well with different communication norms, working habits, and professional experience. And as  if that wasn’t enough of a challenge, we’ve now added differences in ‘where’ we  work – in person, virtual or hybrid. Conflict therefore is complex and is influenced  by the personal history of the individual or individuals involved, most of which we can't see or know.

If you’re experiencing some sort of friction or conflict in your current role, rest assured, you’re not alone! Wouldn’t it be nice to turn these unpleasant situations into constructive conversations which lead to an improved way of working or better  outcomes?

Join the webinar “Turning Conflict into Constructive Conversation” on Wednesday, the 9th of October 2024 at noon London time to grasp the critical steps to  leveraging conflict (rather than let it defeat you!).
