Mentee Session P2: Keeping Momentum & Troubleshooting

Hosted by: Paula Brennan

Date:

16th July

Time:
1pm

These sessions are designed to support individuals either involved in, or entering into, a Mentoring relationship. Please email academy@cityhive.co.uk to book your place.

This workshop is a check in session, following our Introduction to Mentoring workshop back in March.

What prompted you to enter your mentoring relationship? What were the original goals and career objectives you hoped to explore and develop? How are you progressing?

In this session, we will revisit your objectives to ensure you are on track and using your mentor to maximum effect, including giving and receiving effective feedback. We will also set time aside for a troubleshooting Q&A.

This session is virtual and designed to support and complement mentoring programmes running both in-house and cross-company, as well as those through our partnership organisations.
