Happiness & our ‘work’ are often viewed to be at odds. Given how much time we spend in  ‘work’ mode - whether that be virtually, in an office or hybrid - think about what a game changer it would be, if we changed that assumption or mindset. Furthermore, science informs us that increasing our happiness leads to improved performance in addition to an array of health & relationship benefits. The bottom line is that happiness makes business sense as well – it impacts the bottom line.

Christine Brown-Quinn, The Female Capitalist® explores with Klaudia Mitura (the L&D  Manager at Science Museum Group & podcast creator of “The Happiness Challenge”) the best happiness habits that science has to offer.

Join the webinar, “Harnessing Happiness:  How to be Happy at Work” on the 28th of February 2024, at noon London time to discover how to incorporate changes in your professional life that not only will make you happy, but  also make happy those around you - your boss, colleagues and those you hold near & dear.

Look forward to "seeing" you on Wednesday, the 28th of February at noon London time.
